Plan Terms and Conditions

• Early payment incentive:
  $35 discount for each installment of $1,730 paid at least 5 days before its due date or scheduled to be charged to your credit card. Maximum total discount: $105 for the three installments.
• Late payment: If the customer is more than 5 days late in making their payment, they are considered to have breached
  the financing terms.
• Balance due: Upon reaching 5 days late, the outstanding balance becomes due immediately, meaning the customer loses their right to the Financing Plan and must pay the remaining balance in a single payment.
• Automatic late fees: Two additional charges will be applied automatically:
  Late interest: equivalent to one month (3%) of the total software cost.
  Reactivation fee: $250, due to license suspension.
• Service suspension for late payment: The license will remain deactivated until the customer pays the total
  outstanding amount, including applicable interest and fees.
